Products are shipped within 7 days of ordering.

STOCK INFORMATION
Products with an active "Add to Cart" button mean that we are in stock or open for supply. In case of rare supplier stock problems, you will be informed by contacting you via your contact phone or e-mail. Completely fill out your information for us to reach you.


ORDER CANCELLATION PROCESS
If the products are not available, the right to refuse the sale is reserved. If this situation occurs for some products in the basket, account information is obtained from the customer, and the difference is refunded within 7 working days following the receipt of the information. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the credit card. Maison Kairos cannot be held responsible for delays that may arise from bank transactions. In general, refunds are reflected on credit cards within 72 hours due to settlement between banks.


PRODUCT COLOR AND ACCESSORIES
If there is no color or size option in the sub-description of the product you have ordered, or if there is no preference or explanation about the color as additional information in the order note section, the product available in stock will be sent. Accessories placed decoratively in the product photos are not included in the product prices. In the product description, the products with accessories as gifts are specifically indicated.


ENTERING THE DELIVERY ADDRESS CORRECTLY
In order for your order to reach you as quickly as possible, please make your address information as clear as possible. For security reasons, there is no notice of delivery of the cargo.


WRONG ORDER SHIPPING AND DAMAGED CARGOS
Open the package you received from the cargo company next to the cargo officer and check your order. If you notice any errors or omissions, please contact us immediately. Do not take delivery of faulty or problematic cargo. We will take care of the damaged products that you have notified us of within 2 hours after receiving your cargo.
