The User shall not send any information or programs that will harm the information or software on other Users' computers, that any recordings or materials obtained using Maison Kairos services are entirely within the User's consent, and that the User shall be solely responsible for the failures, loss of information, and other losses that may occur on the User's computer. undertakes not to claim compensation from Maison Kairos for damages that may be incurred due to the use of the service and not to use Maison Kairos services for commercial or advertising purposes without obtaining permission from Maison Kairos.

The User may disclose the confidential, private, or commercial information belonging to Maison Kairos to both the official authorities and the right holders, in accordance with the provisions of the Confidentiality Terms and in accordance with the provisions of the mandatory legislation in force, or in case of an alleged violation of the rights of other Users and third parties. accepts, declares, and undertakes that it will be authorized, and therefore no compensation can be claimed from Maison Kairos under any name.
The user cannot transfer his rights and obligations under the User Agreement, partially or completely, to any third party without the written consent of Maison Kairos.
The user will be able to benefit from the service on the system or make a purchase by means of a valid credit card or money order. It accepts that it cannot make purchases from the system if the validity of the credit card is not approved or the e-fee or transfer transaction is not performed. If the user makes a payment with the information of a person that does not belong to him during shopping and the payment is approved by the relevant bank, the responsibility does not belong to Maison Kairos. In the case of the delivery of any product related to the service received by the user, the product may not be delivered to them if they do not sign that they have to show a valid ID card, allow the relevant identification information to be recorded, and sign at the relevant places if requested during the delivery of the product. If the product is being received, the person receiving the product accepts and undertakes that the person who delivered the product to him on behalf of Maison Kairos has to sign the document that "knows the person who sent the product to him".

PRODUCT DELIVERY
Maison Kairos may cancel the contract with the contracted cargoes or change the relevant cargo company, if any, during the contract period. Conditions regarding the delivery of products with "free delivery" may be changed or canceled by Maison Kairos during the term of this agreement. In cases of force majeure, delay, incomplete performance, non-performance, or default shall not be deemed, and no compensation shall be claimed by the user from Maison Kairos under any name. The term force majeure" includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, riots, wars, strikes, cyber attacks, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failures, cyber attacks, system improvement or renewal works, and malfunctions that may occur due to this, power outages, and bad weather conditions. It will be interpreted as an unavoidable event beyond the reasonable control of Maison Kairos that cannot be prevented despite due diligence.

ENTIRE user agreement
This user agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties on the subject. If any provision of this User Agreement is determined by any competent court, arbitral tribunal, or administrative authority to be wholly or partially invalid, unenforceable, or unreasonable, this User Agreement shall be deemed severable to the extent that such invalidity, unenforceability, or unreasonableness is met. Other provisions will remain in full force and effect.

 

AUTHORIZED COURT
